"I started seeing light orbits and floaters in my eye—knowing these can be early signs of a torn retina, I called the Kellogg Eye Center, even though I wasn’t an established patient and it was a day before a holiday weekend. After speaking with the receptionist, I was amazed to receive a call back within 15 minutes from Dr. West, the specialist on call. She was incredibly kind, thorough, and compassionate. ..."
