"Avoid at all costs, terrible communication and poorly ran! I have had an EXTREMELY tough time along with my podiatrist's office, Dr. Sansone from East Ocean Podiatry as University MRI is making this process difficult and IMPOSSIBLE to get an MRI even scheduled. Someone keeps dropping the ball verifying my insurance and scripts. It's been over 1 month. Four weeks of phone calls, and headaches assistant/manager ..."

"Excellent! Making my appointment was easy, they asked me what day and time I would like. Check in was quick and easy, and best of all got called in for my MRI right away. "Hansy" who did my MRI is a wonderful and caring gentleman! he was very calming and explained everything that he was doing during my MRI. Highly recommend University MRI Boca West location in FL."
