"I was new to this dental practice. My second visit I had my teeth cleaned. The hygienist broke several teeth and did not tell me. I found out when I left and looked in my car mirror. I went back in and she said my teeth were cracked before the procedure was done. A total lie. The next day, I went to another dentist in U City named Lisa Macdonald. "I was skeptical about public spaces but I felt very safe upon entering, being treated, and exiting the building. As usual, the customer and treatment services were beyond expectation. "They were able to take me on as a new patient who came in on an emergency basis for a chipped front tooth. You can't even tell it ever occurred. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
