"Had been using for over 10 years. Have had 3 different providers in 6 months, as they cannot recruit and retain competent/compassionate staff. Latest provider a nurse practitioner (jiron) misleads and lied about continuing care and continuity of medications. If you're sincere about protecting your health and quality of life avoid the facility and particularly this provider."
