"Beyond frustrated and disappointed with the way this facility has handled "care". My grandmother with Alzheimer's was admitted recently, and the "communication" levels from the case worker, doctor, and nurses with my parents has been almost non-existent. There were miscommunications between staff about her care, zero information given to the family about how she was being treated, and now with her ..."
