"ZERO stars. Called to schedule a diagnostic mammogram after an ultrasound found several abnormalities. Was told that because I've never had a screening mammogram, the tech wouldn't do a diagnostic for me (despite my ultrasound results & primary physician specifically recommending further diagnostic work). Guess the tech has more insight and training than an actual doctor? Made the screening appointment ..."
