"If I could give this place a lower score I would at first I was sent here for pain management for my lower back because you know if they fix you they stop getting paid. So my first experience was with them injecting Kenalog in my spine which is not supposed to be done at all for no reason and this poison they injected me with cause a me to be suicidal and made me have lupus or dermatomyositis havent ..."

"I've been on the phone trying to reach them for 2.5 hours. Started calling at 8am... and it's 10:40... My son broke his arm and I was referred here to get a cast... he's in pain and has been since Friday because of the temporary splint uhc gave him. I'm trying to get my kid help and no one can even answer the phone?!?!?!"
