"Worst experience ever. I scheduled my surgery a month in advance after a previously botched procedure and the Dr. Lybrand cancelled it not even 24 hours before because of a scheduling issue. I scheduled my work, schooling, transportation, and childcare around the appointment now they want to refuse to treat me less than 24 hours before.
