"There are no more mask restrictions in Oregon, and Aviva Health in the Roseburg location (15 min South) doesn't require them.... and yet, at this location, they're still forcing people to wear these unsanitary pieces of Chinese sweatshop cloth. No one else in the waiting room, had to wait about 15 minutes for a simple blood draw. Then waste time filling out paperwork since they're apparently not ..."
