"The worst receptionists an organization can ever have. They think people are there for their mercy. "This is how we do. If you want, you do as we say or leave" kind of attitude. Not just a one time experience. Doctors are good. But the reception people need a complete change. At least show some empathy to the patients coming over there. If there is a 0 rating, I would give that for the receptionists ..."
