"I had a appointment on June 14th with Umass self proclaimed “diabetes center of excellence “ for which I arrived and checked in for 30-45 minutes early and was reminded at checkin not to miss my appointment one hour later with transplant( I’m also a kidney amd pancreas transplant recipient). I was then left to sit in waiting area for 45 minutes while nurse came out multiple times calling other folks ..."
