"They NEVER answer the phone. You can only leave Voice messages.. and you better hope you answer when they call a day or two later.. otherwise you need to call and leave another message. So frustrating."

"After seeing dr Mccallum for over 3o years. And not being able to see him in the last few years, and only seeing the nurse practitioner Wendy (who I think the world of) I was told that Mccallum is not my primary doctor anymore and he is not taking new patients. Well… I feel that is terrible practice. I will continue seeing Wendy but feel like I have been treated awful. Now I don’t have a doctor. ..."
