"Do not use this place if you have a CDL under any circumstances. I am prescribed 3 lightweight pain pills a day, have been for years. Was getting a dot physical and they now require a form be filled out stating you're ok to drive on the medication. Mary Beth Penkala, who has been prescribing the meds for years, refused to sign the form. Said she was uncomfortable signing it. So is she saying she ..."

"Would not help my terminal husband what so ever with his pain. My husband is terminal with ESLD and they would only give him Gabapentin. We tried twice then asked for a referral for palliative care got the referral. Palliative care called 3 times to get information from them. They stated they never got it. Then wanted to give me.problems because I'm mad it's been weeks and NO ONE will help my husband!!!! ..."
