"Its really unfortunate that UCLA hires doctors that simply don't care about patients. I had an appointment with Dr Shirin Poustchi and was extremely disappointed. Needless to say i will not return to this clinic nor refer anyone there. UCLA needs to invest in training doctors and staff about patient care and courtesy first. Dr. Poustchi you are a new doctor open to new patients- this is not the way ..."
