"I called to cancel my cleaning because I have the flu. She stated that they only make appointments six months out. Out from what? My call? My appointment was 1/27 and she rescheduled me for September. I will be changing dentist since you do not have a slot for my cleaning before another six months. That is ludicrous."

"My wife and I have been patients at the Camden location for 14 years. Have experienced efficient and professional care from everyone working at Twin Lakes Dental. We do wish that patients awaiting treatment would be required to wear masks as Tennessee continually has high rates of reported respiratory illnesses."

"This was my first visit to this office. My first contact was with the receptionist who was so friendly and went the extra mile to make sure all was ok before my visit. My x-rays were taken quickly and professionally. The dentist came in as soon as the results of the x-rays were done. "While the appointment ended fine, I was disappointed I wasn’t told I wouldn’t be allowed in with my 5 year old. I talked to the front desk twice prior to the appointment day and this information was never relayed. They were aware it was my sons first time at a dentist office."
