"Scheduled a new patient appointment, was then contacted and told the appointment was cancelled because they need full medical records before seeing my daughter. I fill out the required paperwork to request the medical records, and then turn them in the same day. I called three different times to see if they had the medical records, and they told me they haven't received them yet. Fast-forward 3 weeks ..."
