"When I scheduled an appointment, I asked that 2 issues to be addressed, one neck and one lower back. I was told that would require 2 separate visits even though most doctor had expertise in both areas. Then I asked if they could at least be scheduled serially, one appointment followed by the other and I was told that I had to have them on separate days. I'm sure this process is to be able to bill ..."

"My experience was less than optimal. Very clunky system or lack of system to share information. As soon as the realized they missed my expectation they wanted to know if I wanted to cancel my appointment. I did."

"No stars. New patient. Had appointment for 11:15 AM. While still waiting in exam room at 12:00, saw doctor in hallway. Dr. Meyer said he had one more pt. to see before us. Told us if unhappy to reschedule for a later date. Told him I wasn't going to reschedule and wait another hour to see him. He was condescending and demeaning. When finally seen, dr. said another appointment needed in three weeks.. ..."
