"If I could give them Zero I would, as a provider in Tucson, you can not get ahold of anyone at any locations. The hold times are absolutely ridiculous, if you are a provider! Can't get a fax number, can't get a doctor to give a protocol on their own patients, and never get a call back! Will never send any patients to TOI. "

"I went to the Tucson Orthopaedic Institute after a bad falllanding, went to ER, got xrays and sent to TOI. Doctor came in and said what's wrong with your neck, I said nothing, I'm here about my shoulder. She said it says here it's your neck, and our shoulder person isn't here today, gave me a shot and said I should go to PT. Then chagged $900 and made a mstake billing my insurance. p"
