"I was set up for failureandcthis is the worst place to go for anything"

"Terrible experience. This provider Stacey LONG, PA told me she would send my medication the following week after I had a urine test done and took a x ray. I also provided a CT scan. The provider did not send the medication at all, as soon as I paid the 700$ for the X ray and urine test . A nurse called me back stating that the PA won’t be prescribing any medication. They gave no valid reason for this ..."

"I was seen at this office on 5/19/25 to address degenerative joint disease in my neck. I found Dr. Rao kind and attentive. We met for about 15 minutes and put together a treatment plan for injections. The first available appointment was 3 months out, but I guess that you take what you can get.
