"I came down with bronchitis and was too weak to make the 3 hour round trip for a visit. I asked the nurses for Dr. Krause if they would call in a prescription to help me recover until I was strong enough to make a visit and explained my situation. They refused to do that and said I must come in to see the doctor to get help. After being a patient of this group for over 30 years and never once asking ..."
