"I was trying to make a appointment for myself for something serious and a woman from the specialty department picked up. I wanted to know if I’m still in the system so that I can make an appointment and she whispered “what a f***ing mo*on” and transferred me to another department. She didn’t allow me to explain anything."

"I am very upset that I cannot get back into the Springfield trinity. I have been looking for a new primary care doctor. I have gone to this facility until doctor pill retired for almost 30 years. Some how I got transfer to Chicopee almost 30 min. From my home. The Springfield facility is 5 min. Away. I called yesterday to see if I could get a new primary care doctor. I wanted to transfer back over ..."
