"Never received return call or email regarding med side effects. Not sure if messages left are conveyed to Providers. This is a very green , wet behind the ears staff. Front staff are on cell phones, wait time is long and consultation short. Its difficult in general to find health care in Odessa that requires intense intervention. If you are an older adult with specific needs I would avoid this mall ..."

"I left a message in the patient portal on Monday morning with a simple yes or no question regarding my medication. I also called and left 4 messages for the NP to call me. This is Friday and the clinic is now closed. I never received a call or an answer to my question. I will not be going back.
