"My wife, sister, and I changed our primary care physician in February 2025. The new doctor has sent numerous requests for our records. The Trinity Doctors Group will not answer the phone, voicemail box is full, and they ignore FAX! HELP. This has been 8+ months now. Our next step is to file a formal complaint with Medicare, HIPPA, and Florida state board of health. We three are all on Aetna Advantage ..."
