"While I am sure the Medical Care offered by Triangle Urology is fine - the logistics and responsiveness by the support staff leaves a lot to be desired. I had a simple question about an upcoming procedure and asked for a quick phone call to explain (via their web portal) and was invited to come in instead of a phone call.
