"First let’s start with their call center.. Trash! The only way to speak to an actual person in their office is to have a direct extension. My elderly Mother is(was) a patient, her physician (not naming) has absolutely no bedside manner, doesn’t listen to her concerns, mind you my mother has a very serious illness, everything she has gone through this past year was taken care of Doctors outside her ..."
