"I saw Kathleen Ingellis. She was irritable and abusive to the secretary and myself. I am shocked that there are any positive reviews of her online, but I am guessing they are anonymous because she is leaving them herself to help her poor reputation. It seemed like she was in greater need of psychiatric help than the patients. Hopefully she gets the help she needs."
