"I was not satisfied. I have a grandson who was diagnosed with upper respiratory infection last week, since then it has spread to all of the family. I go in seeking relief only to be told that the shot I'm seeking isn't kept in office. Everyone I've spoken with questions that. I could've gone to the hospital and got better treatment, insurance or not."
