"I see Dr. Langer, I can't say enough positive things about him. He works to find the best care for me, and cares about my well being. This is where it ends. The office is horrible! I have left several messages (I needed medication adjustment) at general number and also PA. No one has EVER called me back. "Terrible customer service! Today is 4/12/2024 and I've been trying to get a prescription refill since 4/5/2024. They haven't responded to any of my calls after leaving repeated messages that I am almost out of my medication! Very unprofessional! I won't be recommending them to anyone!"

"Office staff is unresponsive, rude and has a complete lack of empathy for the patients. They charge $25 to fill out FMLA paperwork. I called the day before I initially tried to hand it in to them, and was told I can just pay the $25 and drop off the forms. I tried to drop my paperwork off the next day before work and the lady at the front desk was rude to me and told me that I can't just give her ..."

"I am an former patient of tri county endo,my former PA left the pratice and the office never called me back to choose another Doctor,also Doctor Andrews was overseeing my case as well !! I was a patient for over 6 years and I guess that the office must be too busy to help out me. I moved on and now my PC is my go to Doctor for my type 2 problem.Thankyou"
