"Absolutely rude and condescending staff that works here mainly Jessica and Amanda. They never called until the day before your procedure to let you know what time it was, nobody knows what they’re doing there. Had to get in touch with the doctors office to confirm the appointment. These two girls should not be working in this environment was sick patients. We will go somewhere else when a procedure ..."

"Awful service: 1) we were never called to let us know time of appt on 11/28 for husband; 2) after we called at 7am day, we’re told 8:50appt; we live 1.5 hours away. It’s 10:40 & still hasn’t been seen (we got here at 8:30). Told “ first come first serve” by reception??? Why have an appt? We will go back to Mayo (3 hrs away) where we know WHEN appt is and they are always on time . DON’T USE THIS GROUP ..."
