"Horrible experience each time. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The front desk is always rude and treat patients like animals. The customer service when I call for appointments talk down to me and treat me with disrespect. I never want to return. I ended up switching to Advent Health Care Pavilion Bloomindale in Riverview, Fl. There they finally treated me with respect and dignity. "

"I had a lung ct scan done as prescribed by my doctor in October. I have just received the results, it’s the second week of February. I don’t think that is normal. What if my results were abnormal? What are the consequences? None?"

"Had an MRI performed there and it took 5 days to get a report and that’s only because I called them. MRI results were interpreted by a physician who noted the impression on a different part of the body rather than what the MRI was performed for. I know healthcare in this country is not what it used to be - but you would think a physician is competent enough to know anatomy and give a proper impression ..."
