"If you’re looking to get a MRI might as well give up. MRI got cancelled several times, they contacted the wrong insurance company the first time, then didn’t call them the second or third time claiming my doctor has to send an appeal. Complete and utter waste of time, never experience such awful service."

"This is a nightmare trying to get appointment for a mammogram! This “new system” has been going on for months. I have gone in and left my information and no one calls me back. I will be forced to use another radiology company and they will not have my previous mammograms for comparison. Very dangerous situation. They should just fold up their tent. "

"Is there some magic trick to getting someone to answer calls for scheduling?!! I have also used Tower Diagnostic for decades and never ran into this kind of problem to schedule a test. If this is indicative of how Tampa General runs things, I need to find another provider ASAP!"

"worst place to try and make an appointment. I finally give up and called advanced imaging and was scheduled and off the phone in less than 5 minutes. This was after finally hanging up with Tower scheduling after waiting 26 minutes"
