"Horrible experience. Very unprofessional staff Yvette Barnett in legal and Karen Mendez billing manager. Had an auto accident on 2/1/23, my insurance paid out med pay by 4/3/23. Total MD withheld my intake form with my attorney information from my insurance to collect the whole sum of med pay. I am an Illinois resident with Illinois license and plates.
