"I wish I could give a no stars!!! HOW on God's green earth do you walk into a patient's room and exclaim "CONGRATULATIONS" without reading the patient's chart?!? My family is distraught with our current loss but more so at the blatant incompetence of Dr. Powers and the agony of additional trauma caused by the incompetent of said DOCTOR.
