"My recent visit to Total Orthopedic Care in Lauderdale Lakes was incredibly disappointing. I had arranged an appointment for my daughter a month in advance, specifying her knee and foot pain. However, the service was severely lacking. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a nurse who didn't introduce herself and rather abruptly told us to choose between treating the knee or foot due to their "one issue ..."

"My experience was okay there, but it could be better than okay . The first thing is act as a professional . Second , we’re patients. The first mistake they made it was pronouncing my name wrong. The second one was one of the therapists calling me Mommy.I don’t know them , and they don’t know me , please let treat each other with respect.
