"I came a good distance to see the Dr as I got good reviews from a friend. It appears they do overbook appointments as I came, signed in, was called to fill out forms, which I did and paid my copay. I waited a hour and ten minutes before I was called in, so many people came in after me, was called in and left before I was called in. Without seeing me I was told to sit only to be told I need to do ..."

"My recent visit to Total Orthopedic Care in Lauderdale Lakes was incredibly disappointing. I had arranged an appointment for my daughter a month in advance, specifying her knee and foot pain. However, the service was severely lacking. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a nurse who didn't introduce herself and rather abruptly told us to choose between treating the knee or foot due to their "one issue ..."
