"I took my best friend, (from 1969!), for his follow-up appointment, (post MRI, Lumbar Spine), at 12:12 in the afternoon. We waited until 1:45 to be seated in a treatment room. Then, waited another 45 minutes for the doctor, (Berkowitz), to actually show up. He had the MRI disk, but no one had even uploaded it into the system, (after we gave it to the staff during sign-in). He came in confused ..."

"This practice is a rip off. When I went to my first visit appointment I clearly stated on the paperwork that I had an attorney the spanish lady at the front desk reviewed my paperwork with me and even confirmed my attorney information after paying my copay of $50.00 they take me to the back for the dr to tell me he doesn't like lawyers and the practice doesn't see patients with attorneys and refused ..."
