"Total Neuro Care has been the worst medical facility I have ever used. The secretaries there are very unprofessional. You call there and they keep you on hold for so long that you wind up hanging up. They speak to you so sarcastic on the phone. They all need training in customer service quarterly to make sure they know how to do the job correctly. There is so much more I want to say about the staff ..."

"If you’re looking for a terrible doctor look no further you’re in the right place! We had a 5pm appointment with Dr. Reuben Burshtein and were only seen 3 hours later because it’s a workers compensation case. This doctor has no bedside manners and clearly is paid by workers compensation to dismiss people who are actually seriously injured due to a job related accident. My husband has had back surgery ..."

"The front desk personnel are extremely rude and obnoxious. They hate when you ask questions and are very blunt. They can even be heard talking about other patients and even heard them talking about a new employee and how she wasn't going to show her anything. I just don't get it. If you are that unhappy working with people get a job working from home!"
