"I've been a patient for 17 years. The level of care I recieve when I'm in the office is wonderful. Really, couldn't ask for better. HOWEVER, should you want to communicate with someone over the phone - good luck. They never answer. Never. They USED TO have a website & a patient portal that gave you about a 50% chance at successful communication. But, that website & patient portal no longer ..."
