"I miss Dr Holleran who sold the practice to Dr Smith. He was cordial, highly experienced, knowledgeable (he taught at the UT Dental School), and always went above and beyond to address issues. He never made you feel bad if you had a complicated dental problem. DR Smith on the other hand only wants to care for those who have no significant issues and is very condescending.
