"I had a 9:45 a.m. doctor's appointment for my daughter. I could have just went to urgent care. They open at 8am but I went here instead. I arrived at 942am. I pulled my car in at 10:05 am no big deal everyone is busy. Put the windows down and turned the car off. Then was told to leave because the car behind me that pulled up behind me at 9:55 am was waiting longer. Maybe he was late for an earlier ..."

"I really really wanted to love this practice despite the anecdotes I’d heard. Unfortunately after a year of trying we’re on a waitlist elsewhere. They really really messed up with my kid, somewhat unforgivable in my opinion, but I kept trying.
