"My appointment was at 8:10 am on a Monday morning. The office did not even open its doors until 8:09 am. The staff was loudly talking how bad traffic was due to it raining I suspect to share the reason for the office being opened late. This isn’t the first time either and rain wasn’t a factor previously. Mind you everyone else is expected to be there in time - and all patients were by the way. I was ..."
