"I had to be seen unexpectedly due to severe pain from surgery 2 days ago. Emily was awesome and Dr. Juels Nurse Practitioner Kelly was amazing. She knew exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to help make the pain tolerable. Dr. Juels and his staff is amazing. Couldn't made it through without you all."

"Arrived for appt 30 mins+ early as requested Waited an hr past scheduled time. Asked desk when I might be seen as I had other appts. Told Dr. was running late but was given no timeframe. Was seen about an hr and a quarter past scheduled time. Obvious the nurse and Dr were annoyed that I had asked about time. During appt. Dr made a couple of unprofessional sophomoric comments. Next day I called records ..."

"First experience was an emergency visit to Cookeville regional. Had visited Crossville on 3 occasions and correct diagnosis was not made. Dr Jestus scheduled me for emergency surgery. Basically saved my life. Broke both bones below the left knee. Dr McKinney set the leg and a year later replaced the knee to provide length of the leg which I shattered. Dr. Taillac released a finger from the effects ..."

After a 1 hour drive to our appointment today, we waited 1 1/2 hours for an appointment with the PA or perhaps if we had been fortunate, the doctor himself. We ran out of time and had to leave.
