"Waited several weeks for first visit. Completed all paperwork on line. Arrived 21 minutes early for my appointment. Was told that I couldn't see the doctor because I was 9 minutes late for their mandatory 3 minute pre-appointmentpaperwork. Sent away. Wrote (postal) to both doctors but they didn't care enough to respond. Staff F. Doctors. F."

"I just moved to Greenville. We chose Thrive becaus they are not associated with the overly large medical services here. I arrived 9 minutes late or my 30 minute first visit check in and 21minutes early for my appointment. I had previously submitted all forms requestevia internet. They refused to see me. I asked again the office manager and she refused. Very badly treated"
