"Son went in with abdominal pain. Laura ordered a CT scan stat. Laura instructed us to have this procedure done immediately. She was concerned about appendicitis. She stated that she got prior authorization through our health insurance, which turned out to be untruthful. Unfortunately, her charting and note-taking led our insurance company to believe this was an "elective procedure" after rushing us ..."
