"I have been sitting here for an hour…in a robe, waiting to be seen for my annual visit. This is awful! I’ve been a patient here for 10 years and it progressively gets worse. They need to pay attention to scheduling or something. It’s a waste of my time. At least let us wait clothed in the waiting room instead of sitting naked on a piece of paper listening to staff goof around. "

"I have a lot to tell which goes wrong at the Women's Group Offices after being a Patient for 3 weeks. First they billed me too much, so I have a credit there. Then they invoiced me the original amount of the bill, which was already over paid. After this I have schedule another appointment for an IUD. The Office called me 6 times to talk with me about costs, has send me text messages about it etc. ..."
