"Very upset, Spouse has received a bill for Chronic Care Management (phone calls) billed thru Urology PC .The billing department said they did not do the billing and can take my spouse off of list to be called. But that he will have to pay for the 3 bills from their office ( for calls). BEWARE OF CALLS from CCM ---if you're a patient you will be billed if you answer questions from these unauthorized ..."
