"They are very bad at calling you back. The doctors have known through their test that my psa numbers are high for my age and didn't mention anything about being in a higher risk category. Then prescribe medication that can raise your at a higher and faster rate. This has caused even more issues and possibly cancer and it could of been looked into or stopped two years ago"

"I have been a patient at this firm for 19 yrs. Doctors are proficient but communication with the offices is pathetic. Impossible to get a call back from you doctor and very difficult to get a message to the doctor. Employees who man phones seldom know who is assisting who. Takes days, several days to get calls returned to medical assistants. It has always been an issue and never has improved"

"I just had an appt and paid for it. Went to make another appt. they told me they couldn't, that my account was blocked due to a $35.00 dispute where they wanted to put me into collections. Someone called me said they were from customer service and suggested the issue would be resolved. Now several months later I come to find that it's not resolved. I plan to write other reviews and change doctors ..."
