"I screened in my son this morning and was very specific about the medications he was on, and that they were not to be altered or adjusted without his current Med Providers and Case Managers (he's in foster care) permission. However, I found out tonight that they didn't give him a nighttime prescribed med, and gave him a new medication he is not prescribed that he is known to have adverse reactions ..."
