"THEY DISCLOCATED MY JAW!!! I had an endoscopy at the Surgery Center of Ft. Lauderdale and when I woke up, my jaw was sideways! They put me in an ambulance that took me to an Emergency Room - where doctors had to relocate my jaw. This was a NIGHTMARE! Now they are refusing to help me with the ambulance bill and the ER bills - almost 3k in bills! The Surgery Center of Ft. Lauderdale even billed me ..."
