"This used to be a wonderful practice-- when it was owned by the practitioners. Now it's owned by a private equity/corporation called Optum. Many of the seasoned docs have left and the vibe is very different. They now have a "call center" which feels similar to trying to reach Comcast or Centurylink."

"I have been a patient here for over 15 years and being a patient here has become IMPOSSIBLE. You can barely even speak to a human on the phone. My endocrinologiest left the practice and they were unwilling to transfer me to any of the other providers because they are "understaffed" after 15 years as a patient in their department."

Now, my endocrinologist, as well as 3 other doctors in his office have left and they have told me they can't take any new or transfer patients!
